Desmond Charles BARRINGTON
In the First World War, Desmond Charles BARRINGTON volunteered to serve overseas with the Australian Imperial Force (AIF). He embarked at Melbourne, Victoria aboard HMAT Benalla on 19 October 1914. He was a member of the Australian Army Service Corps. Desmond is remembered by all his descendants for his service and sacrifice. LEST WE FORGET
