06 Aug 1939 - 12 Jun 2018MOORE David William Passed away peacefully with family by his side on Tuesday 12th June 2018 aged 78 years. A devoted to husband to Daphne, loving dad to Ian, Lorraine and Sharon, father-in-law to Tracy, Les and Matt and a special Grandad and Great Grandad. A big thank you to the staff on Teal Ward for the care received. Funeral service to be held at Kingsdown Crematorium on Wednesday 4th July at 12:45. Family flowers only please but donations if desired to Prospect Hospice or Brighter Futures.
