David Philpotts passed away 1st February 2016 aged 50 years. Will be very sadly missed by all is loving family & friends. Funeral service to take place at Fradley Lichfield & District Crematorium on Monday 8th February 2016 3.30pm. By request family flowers only, donations will be forwarded to M. S.
