On March 27, 2015, peacefully at Christchurch Hospital, in his 85th year. Dearly loved husband of Shona, and the late Meryl, much loved father and father in law of Ray and Anne, Les and Robyn, Chris and Gill, loved granddad of Kirstin and Wade, Gareth; Ana and Logan, loved stepdad of John and Philippa, Kay, loved stepgranddad of Liam and Brayden; Charlie and Stevie; Gareth, Hayden and Reece, and loved great granddad of Lorna and Parker.
