BROWN Colin Herbert (Brownie) On Friday 12 August 2016, peacefully at Golden Pond Private Hospital, aged 86. Loved husband of Shirley (dec). Loving dad of Ross and Pauline, Russell and Sue, Peter (dec) and Hattie, Murray and Tracey, and Loris and Nigel Hastie. Much loved poppa and great poppa of 11 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. A funeral service for Colin will be held in the chapel of Willetts Funeral Services Ltd, 21 King Street, Whakatane on Wednesday 17 August at 11am followed by a private cremation. Special thanks to the staff of Golden Pond Private Hospital, the volunteers and staff of Hospice, and Colin’s caregiver John, for their invaluable support and excellent care of Dad.
