Christopher Shane Clampett

Christopher (Chris) Shane Clampett aged 55 passed away in Westmead Hospital on 13th March from Motor Neuron Disease. Chris was born on 11th June, 1958 and was the 3rd Son of Bill and Dulcie Clampett (both deceased), Brother of David, Brian and Kim, Brother-in law to Wendy, Colleen and Elaine, loved Uncle to Renee, Kristen, Danielle, Nathan and Brianna, and close friend to Wayne. Chris was born in Glen Innes, moved to Port Macquarie at an early age where most of his schooling was carried out. Upon finishing school, Chris attended Newcastle University and graduated as a teacher, but unfortunately Chris never became a teacher due to a lack of vacancies and moved into the insurance industry, where he worked until he retired at an early age due to ill health. Chris was diagnosed in January last with Motor Neuron Disease, which turned out to be a very aggressive form, and passed away with his family and friends by his side.
