KOHLHASE, Christopher Paul. Passed away 29 May 2015 after a long illness fought with strength, grace and courage. Our beautiful Chris has finally been taken from us. Our world will never be the same without our adored father and husband. We are so proud of you and you will live in our hearts forever. With all our love, Steph, Nelson, Noah and Helena.
