Hayden FilerMum's kindness was boundless and unconditional. Her laughter was infectious, and she was always up for a party and a chat. She was just downright awesome. Avalon, Willow, and Everson adored their Nanna and will carry her kindness within them, just as I will forever carry her spirit in my heart. Love you, Mum. You were quite simply extraordinary.1st October, 2024
Marina AdamsIt is with great sadness and a heavy heart that I write this tribute to my beautiful sister next to me Christine. I have beautiful memories of you and I as young ones my sister, some funny , some sad and of course disagreements which happens in any household but believe me when you crossed the Halls we stuck together like glue on a shoe. . You were always my bubbly vivacious young mod sister who could dress to impress , had a mind of her own, was popular and always fun to be around. One memory of us as teenagers was me jumping out the window to sneak out with friends and Christine saying “ I’m telling on you “ and next thing I’m off to boarding school 😁and then Christine at the same age decides she wants to leave school and go to Auckland cos our big brother was there , gets her way with Mum snd Dad and off she goes …. moral of this true story is that Christine had the power to persuade and get around Mum and Dad. I will miss you beyond any doubt, our phone chats , even after midnight, our Sista get together s, our happy times , sad times snd even disagreements .. I love you beyond reason and will miss you so much.. God speed and takes care of you till we meet again. 1st October, 2024

Billie RylandAunty Christine,
I always remember the way you dressed, I loved all the clothes you use to wear and you always looked so pretty.
When I got older I realised you were so funny confident and Beautiful, there were a few times sitting with you and your sisters plenty of laughs and stories.
I’m pretty sure I have a bit of that in me if you ask my Mother. Must be a Hall thing.
Love you Aunty always. XOXO29th September, 2024

Kimmy CarrI always referred to you fondly as "Mama Chris", simply because that's how you made me feel, like family. Even though my times spent with you were few, they were memorable. A testament to the wonderful person you were. Your family adored you, and it was easy to see why. A beautiful lady with a big heart. Kimmy xx 29th September, 2024
Pamela FilerMy memories of Christine are mostly from a long time ago in Wanganui. When Christine was around there was always a good time. Fun, laughter, entertaining and interesting conversations. She was a breath of fresh air. She was always a Mum. The kindness she showed me imprinted on my life. The grace and dignity she presented in the tough times was inspirational. Much respect for the life Christine lived. She will continue to shine in my memory and in the hearts and souls of her children. ❤️💫🙏29th September, 2024
Jackie RylandI love you my sister. I never saw you without a smile and yet I know you went through some hard times. I remember when we were younger you were always full of confidence, full of cheek, with a crazy sense of humour and you kept that right through your life. You were the essence of elegance, you were our Mod, you were our Queen. You were happiest with your beautiful family around you and then along came the Grandchildren which quite simply made your life complete. Thank you my sister for being you, for being my role model. Love you always and forever.28th September, 2024
