Fiona Kennedy Cedric as a 13 year old - reading out his original, highly imaginative diary entry from the 'Life of Harriet Tubman.' He read 'in role' as Harriet, who lead many souls to freedom. I love how he describes each character and is worried about Linda and whether he, as Harriet, could trust her. I was so proud that he was confident, articulate and could present this in the Hall in front of the class with ease and panache. A wonderful memory

Fiona Kennedy I shall always remember Cedric as a caring, inquisitive and intelligent student who loved challenges and discussing world events. We had a great trip going to see 'Twelfth Night' at the Young Vic Theatre in London. He was a fun to teach in a lively class and I shall always remember his laughter and his smile. Rest in peace. Tess Caldwell This photo is from a multi-family Thanksgiving dinner we hosted in our home London in 2018. I feel like this photo represents our family dinners well. Cedric and I would spend our nights laughing and sharing Dwight tea (aka gossip). Often, he would patiently try to teach me Fortnite or whatever other game was popular at the time. It was always a good time with Cedric. He was fun loving, intelligent and mature beyond his years. Seeing so many of his family and friends joining together to celebrate his life is heartwarming. I am sending my deepest condolences to Alix and Thabi- whom I care for dearly- for their loss. You truly raised an incredible child and I’m so sorry he was taken too soon. Rest in peace, Cedric.

He was so articulate, passionate and knowledgeable and was very patient with me, as I was completely ignorant on the subject and asked many questions.
