    MORGAN Carla Lee. (ex RNZN Leading Chef 1997/07) Tragically, on December 3rd 2011, in a horse paddock accident at Hawera; aged 32 years. Beloved wife of Joshua and Mum of Mikayla and Brodie. Dearly loved only daughter of Suzanne and John Beatty and stepdaughter of Peter Mackay.
