Beloved brother of Deirdre. Cam was liked and respected by all who knew him, Friend and bridge partner to Adriana, appreciated treasurer for various organisations.He will be genuinely missed by all his family and friends. The Funeral Service for Campbell will be held at Palmdale Crematorium Ourimbah in the Hillside Chapel on Friday (October 25, 2013) at 1.30pm
