Billy Barty aka William John Bertanzetti was an American film actor and television star. Barty has a cartilage-hair hypoplasia dwarfism and was often cast in movies opposite taller performers. He appeared in the fantasy film "Willow," and founded the "Little People of America" organization. He is survived by his wife and children.
