    Barry Eugene Carter was an American composer and singer-songwriter. He is most well known for his distinctive bass voice that made him a 3-time Grammy Award-winner. His two biggest hits were, "You're the First, the Last, My Everything" and "Can't Get Enough of Your Love, Babe." He is one of the world's best-selling artists of all time.
