Ann (just ann) Shipman's memory board

Born at the Mater Hospital in Brisbane 28/12/53, second youngest in a family of ten in her day it was safe to walk the streets of Woolloongabba because all the criminals were in the jail and all the bloody kids were friends with 'em anyway! Her father died when she was young and this deeply impacted her life in such a way that she took enormous care to forge an unshakable bond with her only child, Matt, he turned out to be a bit of a dodgy shit in his twenties but eventually came good as she knew she had brought him up to be and kicked his arse many times to make damn good sure! She was a devoted grandmother to the best two kids in the world, spending endless time making them sandwiches, getting them drinks and teaching them to read and write - i believe it was all in the name of cuddles! Ann was seriously the most intelligent, witty person with a real zeal for life! She definatlely decided to do something and did it, no holding back, 200% effort. In fact she was so good its kind of annoying really not to have her here anymore! She passed away doing what she loved - dancing around the kitchen drinking and preparing food when an aneurysm took her suddenly yet peacefully... A truly beautiful soul that will be missed until the end of time when we are reunited for one last beer or wine, whatever the good Lord is serving...
