ALWYN M. VIRAY

Alwyn Mananes Viray, 73 years old from Cubao, Quezon City died peacefully on July 19, 2017 at home. He was born on September 28, 1943 in Pangasinan to Benito Viray and Marcelina Mananes. He is survived by his wife Remedios and his children, Mary Anne, Allan (and Mylyn), Mimi (and Dondon), Tonton (and Dan), Adrian (and Rose), and by his grandchildren; Yanna, Diego, John, James, Jenny, Joshua and Keon. He was the eldest of 17 children, Kuya to Ben, Ching, Zeny, Efraim, Fausto, Gerry, Henie, Ivonne, Jack, Kaye, Leroy, Maritess, Nap, Omping, Pagasa and Quero. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, parents and in-laws, Domingo and Lourdes Landicho. His wake was at St. Peter’s Funeral, 20th avenue, Cubao, Quezon City started at July 20 at 4pm. Daily mass was held at 7-8pm at the funeral home. The tribute was held July 23. Cremation was done on July 24, 11am at Quezon Avenue St. Peter’s Crematorium. His remains were brought to the Transfiguration of Christ at 18th avenue, Cubao and a mass was celebrated at 5pm.
