Helen's family stayed at the Hodges Farm which was carried on by Ian with whom they helped out on the farm baling hay, picking eggs and feeding the animals etc as well as going to the beach. You have to un mix it to find your own life...I have never seen such a mess as the one he made.... That is why walking into someone's body to take it / use it with out permission or to do wrong creates a series of collecting empty shells. You collect someone else's life and not your own and ruin someone else along the way. You have no fixed starting point and no direction.....

Fraoch CUTHBERT The Arabian Horse...possibly both the horse & Helen got tired of not being able to breathe...bearing in mind she had asthma and cancer at 16 years old. As it was one of the busiest pubs in Yorkshire then...with several hundred people at weekends and special occasions..the noise, smoking, alcohol congealed into a stale smell in the morning. Helen helped out in the pub, glass collecting , food making & serving, bottling up, changing pumps.... serving alcohol & drinks. Brass cleaning & helping cleaners with ashtrays, hoovering dusting & toilet cleaning etc. JPS & the tobacco industry brought clothing & advertising products to use...for children can you believe! When would it end...it was very different to Cross Hills. The young local smokers & drinkers that thought it was cool to live in & that alcohol was free?! The extended family did not have to put up with it either...school days..24 hrs.. 7 days a week 365 days a year... The biggest draw back.. it was really a watering hole for adults with very poor health...propping the bar up. In those days..virtually all Malcolm & Dot Greenwood's friends & family were smokers...and continued to be when they left..using duty free to buy cheap alcohol & cigarettes. Its very hard to sit or be in a room with even one smoker... never mind a whole pub full! The children's bedrooms were at the front above the lounge entrance ..so smoke came in from outside and inside. So I am not sorry we fought to introduce the indoor smoking ban. They are the most selfish, lazy and ungrateful beings I have ever met and ruthless for what they believe in. One man even tapped his cigarette out on Helen's head at a pub in Leeds city center and made a joke about her being a jockey. The industry should have been liquidated and a new concept of the way forward introduced. All related buildings & factories & land used for a necessary real health focused future in the human race. Not just a token gesture... later 1977 to 1986 embarrassed.. they try to make it look cool & healthy...ripped muscles not! Smoking gracefully & elegantly?! how stupid! you are so disgusting..you smell like s**t look like s**t and behave like s**t? Take your mask off next time... you did not care one iota Whilst you don't want people to see your true intention... the last photo of you blowing smoke in her face said it all How dare Helen answer you back?! Please stop smoking...request

You were burried @ Potterton...I came to see you in the out house, I was so very upset I couldn't bear to pull the cover back. I can still hear the sound now and the screams from myself and Natalie who was not strong enough to stop her from running across the road. One of the first attempts to kill a dog that I love. Fraoch CUTHBERT The Triumphal Arch..Parlington Hall Estate..many of the things Helen had to do at Aberford Primary School was draw and learn about the history of the area through the ages A lot of time was spent here playing, cycling and exploring... The Gymkhana was held here also... The Dark Arch (one of 3) was quite creepy and reputed to have a headless drummer boy that haunted it.... Railway bridge and 2nd World War tank ramps.... There are several entrances known locally to the estate itself...it makes a great walk route or running... Cattle grids are found on the main drive entrance.....a skill learned in crossing by foot as well as bicycles.. again approx only from date...

The run had to be taken from just outside Pru & Moosey's Farm House on a bend...to get the acceleration necessary not to land in the beck itself...Helen never fell in... Her legs were commented on...on several occasions whilst doing it..... Hand fishing was another big past time...for Bullheads, Dace and Eels...the eels were found in the center tunnel... Tug O War across the beck was a regular past time also.... Aberford had a butcher, Fish & Chip Shop P.O. stores and several pubs. The play park has been upgraded...

I will not apologise for Helen thinking that you were the most beautiful lady she had ever seen..your eyes were so big & green with dark hair. David was such a strong muscular man. I was struck by Mrs Marjory Cameron here in Foyers, Enya's and your faces. Three ladies that have such similar lovely features. Do not be angry at Helen for seeing beauty in another woman...she was only young and no one should have been making assumptions about her sexual orientation. Fantasy and life like drawings mixed of animals and people. Building designs of the future...triangular etc and different writing styles and methods...with the Lindisfarne gospels & the Kells as inspiration. Helen did not find out her mother's maiden name was Cuthbert..I found out in 2005. 1982 onwards

I understood that what was happening was an attempt to erase her real personality as she grew up and replace it with a false one...I erased the false personality and the damage you all caused doing it and not stopping yourselves from doing it. You can now see how athletic and beautiful Helen was and that she was also quite shy with it and modest whilst you all were lobbing insults and derogatory remarks. The ones who did not were few and far between. You certainly had no right to expect her to settle for second best in terms of relationships and none of you have even achieved the level of attainment Helen achieved.

Fraoch CUTHBERT Passport photo taken by a professional photographer in the library at Asheville High School for a journey to Canada to work at Meander River in Northern Alberta for the International Community Advancement and Voluntary Service - Operation Beaver. Mrs G. Lee had my photos. I was living with a very kind Bahai family the Ostovar's and some very lovely friends... I was looking directly at Naseem. The Higher Realm channel is open to speak with...however your own Higher Self will not accept you until you reach a point of acceptance of your Higher Self. It will teach you all you need to know correctly and remind you where you came from. They do not respect intolerance and you have to give it everything you have got and you have to believe in your self. The Ostovar's brought me belief in my own self and reflected my own beliefs at a very hard moment and I never forgot your family..not ever. I was changing more than I could comprehend and I could not see all the obstacles, as there were new ones at each level of ascension ( 7 fatal attacks) until Omniscience on the 7th attack. I think there were more attempts.. This beautiful life giving lump of rock you live on needs some TLC. I love you....

Fraoch CUTHBERT Helen looked after Huntford Lodge on behalf of Gerry Loughran and his animals & worked at the Kennels at Letham on a voluntary basis prior to from around 1992 /3 onwards. Not too long after a short season at Duncan Pask Nurseries after returning from the US & the Bahai's. A particularly difficult period for her, although many would not have cared or noticed. Fiona Green's mother suggested it... I did not appreciate the Foyers community using the same aggression and hatred that surfaced in the Scottish Borders at Helen to resurface with me in Foyers and I made that very clear. You had no business doing it in the first place.

Fraoch CUTHBERT Music memories whilst attending the University of Wales, Bangor: Shaft - Mucho Mambo Sway Santana - Maria Maria 1999 - 2002 dance music was pretty full on... especially on a small sweaty dance floor and Mucho Mambo Sway paved the way for a forthcoming upgrade. Helen did not go out much because of the cigarette smoke...but ventured out on a hand full of occasions as her friends were a hysterically funny group of women. All from different backgrounds and bringing some very humorous personalities together to say the least. I do not imagine many of them saw what would eventually happen...but then no one can usually. Helen lived in Halls in Y Borth, Ffriddoedd Site on the top right 2nd window along...like living in a DJ sound system! 9pm Till I come blasting out across the parking area most days....... Irenka Arroyo & Charley - Spain.. now married to Paul & running Cakes by the Park in Nottingham. Louise Cox - Staffordshire & Teresa (Tez) Colombini....Portsmouth. Fraoch CUTHBERT Oragnised by Radio 1 the city's green gem hosted Love Parade back in July 2000 - a free ten hour party which attracted the biggest names in the dance world. The dress code for the day was wear as little as possible and a big smile. A big hunky dark haired stranger hoisted Helen onto his shoulders in the darkness......maybe not such a stranger after all....they were stood on the middle right towards the front of the stage... Helen arrived on time in the afternoon and stayed put to avoid being pushed back. Back in 1989, Berlin started a dance party called the Love Parade. It attracted 150 people then... but last year's event pulled in one and a half million clubbers. On Saturday in Roundhay Park in Leeds, Radio 1 put on their own Love Parade. There was an estimated quarter of a million people dancing in the park from 1 o'clock until 11pm. Briggy Smale was there. The Radio 1 stage The Leeds Love Parade attracted nearly 300,000 people from around the country and across Europe. There were floats from the best clubs in the country, like Godskitchen, Back 2 Basics, Home, Slinky, Big Beat Boutique and from DJ's like Dave Pearce's Dance Anthems, Dreem Teem and the Love Groove Dance party. Dress code: wear as little as possible and wear a big smile! The sight blew everyone away, including Judge Jules: "I knew that it would be rammed. It's a bit like going to Disneyland for the first time - you know you're gonna enjoy it, but you have no idea what it actually looks like until you've experienced it," he says. "

Fraoch CUTHBERT Helen went to see the Book Of Kells @ Trinity College, whilst attending Bangor University from 1999 - 2002. This music by Iona is from 1992 and she had the tape version as it was then ....which I am sure was released in 1989 prior to her going to the Ardeche. I do believe that the creamy home made Guiness was to Helen's liking at the time in moderation on the same visit to the Guinness Storehouse. Helen was not an alcoholic or heavy regular drinker and did not like going into pubs as they were smoky and reminded her of the Arabian Horse Inn. She was asthmatic! Possibly only for a meal or a coffee every now and again...bearing in mind she had her own business to run originally for 10 years. You cannot imply she was a heavy drinker for trying Irish Guinness, straight from the Storehouse whilst in Dublin.

Fraoch CUTHBERT University of Wales, Bangor a lovely building...although Helen was in SBS and SOS, field studies and study..more study and lab practicals etc I can see an image of Helen when she broke down on the pier just before the end of her time at Bangor. She was on her own, but people were walking past...tears streaming down her face.... She met some civilian staff on a train journey back to Bangor, that spoke about the Sophie Hook case. It really impacted on her. It was not too far away that it occurred and amongst everything else she just broke down.... An image of a girl just like her was walking through a train station in the Netherlands and she just walked over to a family and stood behind the children. I was struck by that image after seeing Helen's mind coping with the field of Forensics and the world around her. Unlike her twin, she was pragmatic, respectful and intelligent about death. It was / is a serious subject. She was able to distance hard fact from emotional response most of the time when needed. She had no idea what her mind was moving towards...I so wish I/ we could have bridged the gap earlier

Fraoch CUTHBERT Pip some time just before 2004 in a Bluebell woodland Pippa was a black / Labrador Retriever and around 2 when Helen bought her for £50 from a Game Keeper through work colleagues on Nick & Val Mariner's Estate @ Wighill. She was living at a property belonging to them 1a Church Lane, Wighill at the time. Pip was an ex gun dog..as she was gun shy and had been left emaciated and uncared for in her own pee and faeces. She was so thin, Helen's hands fit around her waist. Helen was told that Pippa was going to be shot. Dipper...from the bird... as she was formally known, came from a well known strong line of gun dogs. She loved Helen, but did not let others near her for several years. She accompanied Helen to work as a Gardener and I will not forgive you for what you did to her in Cumbria at the age of 9.

Fraoch CUTHBERT Greystoke Forest and the tall blonde in all black who kept appearing way ahead of me on the track.....very similar to Kate Humble in appearance. Helen ran for miles here with Pippa and so did I. I was thrown out by Julie/ Bunty Wright from Ambledene and falsely accused of being a smoker. Her response to me...nothing like this has ever happened before. Bunty found roll up tobacco in Ellie's room and a copy of Demon Days by the Gorillaz, just after the Enlightenment had happened. No surprise...just very awkward. It was a warning by Ellie and I had to think on my feet at that point....Ellie had gone already to live at Newton Rigg. Being from Tusita I knew no one ....only Ellie and Julie Wright and Pippa I was very scared in the early days and just about managed to hold myself together.....the hostility was unbelievable

Fraoch CUTHBERT I am not sure exactly when this was purchased..late 1999 or the Third Millenium AD... for Silence. Its relationship to the forthcoming event was not obvious to Helen. Her mind struggled enormously with the forthcoming event emotionally and things that may have transitioned more smoothly with out what was to be the last subsequent attack for her. There are several valid points. If a hostile being in its inexperience or desperation tries to force another more evolved being into 7 sequential openings of chakras over time to cause an ascension for its own benefit, it will ultimately fail for the hostile being. It is the Higher Realms that pick an injured angel or Bodhisattva up...it was a risk that did not pay off for the hostile being/s ...those who do not accept the Higher Realms exist. I am not sure who you thought the real ambulance was here....because the injuries you caused were horrific and you do not heal and nor are you fast enough or capable. You used her as an insurance policy for yourselves.

Around 2500 years of Karma has been removed. What you have is what you brought forward from this moment onwards in your own life and your own level of attainment. Karmic imprints.....these can be anything from actions, words relationships interactions with other beings etc. Make good of your life...body, speech & mind Shakyamuni's benefit stopped on his death in his 80's..he entered Parinirvana. Mara demon continued. So now you understand what accumulated until 2004.

I am Maitreya and arrived directly from the Higher Realms in March 2004 in Ellonby, Cumbria after many years as a Bodhisattva in the physical realm, with a partial Ajna that was completely opened in 2005.
