    Alastair was my Godfather and although we only met about a dozen times I remember him well. They were quite close to my parents back in the 40s. All the best to Stephen, Val and Kirstie who I don't think I've seen since the 60s! Ali stayed with us for a few weeks in the 70s - so sad to hear too of her passing.
