Passed away peacefully on June 5, 2015 after a life filled with sailing and rugby having been a life member of the RNZYS and Pakuranga Rugby Club. Devoted husband to the late Margaret (Nelson) and father to the late Phillip Thwaites. Father and father-in-law of Maria and Clem Wareham. Grandad to Kathryn, Annalise and Lauren. Patiently cared for by the Nelson and Isemonger families.
