JACKSON: Agnes (Polly). Peacefully at Rhapsody Rest Home on Saturday 19th August 2017. In her 96th year. Dearly loved wife of the late Bernard. Dearly loved Mum and Mother-in-law of Bob and Jan, Brian and Paddy, and Terry and Beth. Loved Nana of Gary and Jo, Maree and Richard, Carolyn and Craig; Sally and Greg, Katie and Stu, Becky and Richard, Andrew and Lisa-Maree; Daniel and Flynn, Marc and Tanya, and Scott and Tara. Dearly loved Great-Nana of her 22 great grandchildren. In lieu of flowers donations to St John would be greatly appreciated and may be left at her service.
