Mom battled against aggressive breast cancer for the last 3 years.My sister and I were told she wouldn't make it through the night 3 years ago at the hospital. i remember May ..my mom's friend .....lovely lady , i was always fascinated by her Welsh accent and pleasant smile ....i remember the piano in the cozy bungalow in Headless Cross and of course Trevor , he made me laugh without trying

Nearly 1 year on this Saturday 22nd August 2015 since losing Mom and still everyday the loss is felt. I believe Mom is in paradise and talks to me in my heart. Mainly son do you miss me and I say of course I do In the nursing home,she brushed her hand through my hair and said Son ,your a good son,I love you. Those words live on in my heart

Mom made the most gorgeous roast dinners and taught Adrian and myself a few cooking tips.She said "Only Vilvaldi potatoes are good enough for the roast and she would use lamb chop fat to make them even tastier

In Mom's tender teenage years ,she left the Welsh border village for the capital and wow what a shock and as a trainee Nanny looked after a Jewish Family's children and respected the Jewish traditions and helped prepare meals for all the family

I remember going on the train from Calais via Paris to Switzerland.Mom loved Interlaken and we went on boat trips across lake Thun to Brienz and bough my Dad a cuckoo clock

Mom brought myself and my sister up to go to an Church of England church called St Lukes. Mom loved singing and always wanted to become a singer in her life.She loved certain hymns including "The Lords my Shepherd" and many other hymns"

When Mom was around us, she shared how she used to love sitting on the chapel wall near her home listening to the singing
